Continuous Quality Care
We currently carry out national services within the NHS, upon gaining contracts we have provided thousands of staff and. We provide support within being notified less than an hour in many occasions and ensure staff are available regardless of the time or location. We understand the challenges within hospitals currently and upon noticing the demand for cover we have over 200 staff members readily available to work.
We also understand that we have a duty to be socially and morally responsible and try to ensure we reduce our environmental footprint. Ways which we demonstrate this
• Map out staff who are located as close to the site as possible to reduce any emissions.
• Provide shared travel or encourage staff members to car share where possible.
• Provide accommodation where we can.
Secondary Storyline
Enigma Clinical solutions have had regular contact with our main liaison within the contract and we have built our relationship on the basis of reliability and our ability to carry out the work provided using fully compliant and fully trained staff.
